BOLO SHRI SATCHIDANAND SADGURU SAINATH MAHARAJ KI JAI

With grace of Lord Shirdi Saibaba, I could compose this Bhajan using Raga Shivranjani.

Originally, this bhajan was based on Raga Ahir Bhairav and it was sung by one lady devotee who was a visitor from India and visiting our Shirdi Saibaba Temple in Flushing New York along with her orchestra from India. After she sang this bhajan, I felt that this bhajan will sound much better in Raga Shivranjani. So using the same lyrics, I composed it on Raga Shivranjani. Raga Shiranjami is my most favorite Raga and I know from bottom of my heart that Shirdi Saibaba loves Raga Shivranjani. And this is why at the end of Thursday Bhajans at our Shirdi Saibaba Temple, I play flute notes mostly based on Raga Shivranjani so as to please Shirdi Saibaba.It is Lord Shirdi saibaba's GRACE that he has appointed me to be in-charge of Bhajan sessions on Thursdays and Sundays at Shirdi Saibaba Temple in Flushing, New York. I am also lucky to be one of 11 TRUSTEES of this Temple.

Normally, it is very difficult to compose any tune after the lyrics are written, however in this case with Shirdi Sai's Grace, I could compose on top of lyrics which which were already written.In Film Music, most of the time a tune is composed first and thereafter the lyrics are written to fit the meter of the tune which becomes a daunting task to the lyricists.
