Dear Shri Nathan Saab,

Aap Aaye Bahar Aayi Jaise Comment Section Me Phir Se Jaan aa Gayi. WELCOME BACK! Thanks for coming back to Maidaan after a lapse of few days!

Thanks for liking my first composition. Yes. It was Saibaba's GRACE!

I am not familiar with the song you mentioned for Shatrughan Sinha. But if you say it then it must be SHIVRANJANI. You have already become an expert in recognizing Raga Shivranjani because of my constant bombardment of blogs on Raga Shivranjani.

I will be posting few more of my compositions in few other Ragas. Look forward to it.

Kind Regards,
Dr. Kamath

Dr.Saab,
At last aapke composer-ka avtaar bhi dekhneko mila! Dhanya ho!
It was a truly divine composition and definitely a blessing in the form of inspiration to you from Sai Baba! it was nice to hear, though it had a sad tinge which I suppose,is typical of 'Sivaranjani' raaga. It reminded me a little of a Muklesh song composed by Brij bushan - 'Kai Sadiyonse Kai Janmonse' for a Shatrughan Sinha film. I guess, that was based on the same raaga as well.
Regards,
S.V.Nathan.

Dear Sivaram Jee,

Thank you very very very much for your wonderful comment. I am extremely happy to note that you liked my composition and singing of Sai Bhajan so much so that you listened to it so many times. Yes. You are correct. I sang this Bhajan (and I always do same in Shirdi Sai Temple of Flushing, New York) with utmost Devotion and Bhakti like you pointed out. Devotees in our Temple love to listen to this Bhajan every Thursday in Sai Temple. And being my own composition, I love to sing this Bhajan again and again. I already may have sung this Bhajan hundreds of times ever since I composed this Bhajan 3 years ago.

You are also a spiritual and pious person and that is why my Bhajan reached your heart.

I used electronic Tabla for the Beats and I had to sing with this electronic Tabla beat with great care so that I did not miss SAMA point of Tabla. If you have a human Tabla player then you do not worry about this since he will always remain in SYNC with the singer. Electronic Tabla is after all a Machine.

Thanks once again,

Kind Regards,
Dr. Kamath

Dr Kamath-Ji

I was thrilled to hear this Sai Bhajan composed and sung by you .I listened again  a few times and I could feel your devotion and bhakthi while singing.Harmonium in background lifts the song to greater heights and also the tabla beats. How did you manage tabla too?
Thanks for showing the glimpse of the raaga Shivranjini. It is the perfect  raag for this Bhajan with wonderful lyrics . We thank you for taking us  live to Flushing Meadow Ganesh Temple. The bhajan is still ringing in my ears now . It gives us peace and tranquility. So soulful and  yet the melody touches the heart.

Best Regards

Sivaram

I appreciate your experiment.   You are truly devoted to music. I had heard the slower version (no idea about the Raga) of this bhajan. This too sounds good. With your kind of devotion for Sai, no wonder the bhajan has come up well.  Cheers and Regards.

To Dr. Narasinha Kamath jee

When the music is for mere entertainment it is just an amusement. But when it is for bhakti, it is devotional sangeet. You are the person who is a real devotee and the master of the instruments you use to reveal your devotion. Thank you for sharing your love for the music and the neat devotion with all of us.
