Dear Sablu Mukesh,

It is very nice of you to write such a detailed comment. Thank you for your time. I am glad to know that you received Total Peace after listening to my Flute Tune. Before writing this blog, I did not know that you were a follower of Guru Ji Sri Sri Ravi Shankar. You are fortunate to be so close to Guru Ji's Ashram in Bangalore. I will definitely attend Art of Living class for "Sudarshan Kriya and Pranayam". Also I will go over your LINK and I will post my comment to your blog by end of this week. I have lot of company work today. Hence I cannot write my comment in detail like you did. I really appreciate your efforts and respect your time to write such a detailed comment.

So long!

Cheers!

Dear Dr. Kamath Sir,

First of all, I will extend my very soulful pleasure and thanks to you for posting such a precious blog on my spiritual guru Shri Shri Ravi Shankar. I enjoyed a lot, a lot, a lot your melodious and spiritual tune on the flute which gave me O shanti, shanti, shanti in my atma. I wish you come here in Bangalore and render the same in Guruji’s Ashram. Definitely, guruji will feel very proud of your rendition and HE WILL LOVE TO LISTEN IT. Before giving my valuable feedback, I would like to express some of my past experiences and courses taken in the Art of Living centre. It’s going to be almost a year since I am one of the members of this esteemed organization. I participated and completed my basic course on spirituality and yoga and have been practicing daily various Pranayamas and Sudarshan Kriya a powerful breathing technique founded and originated by Guruji Shri Shri Ravi Shankar. I have been also doing some seva services occasionally when I get time and opportunity. I also did my advance course along with the teaching of Shri Shri Ravi Shankar which was very powerful, spiritual and meditative course and got opportunity to meet with Guruji in his Ashram at Bangalore where I stayed for a week during my advance course period. And, with this spiritual power of Guruji, I got enlightment in my life. My life is fulfilled with pleasure and I am always enjoying my healthy life with my happy family, especially I get a unique pleasure in Music and also I always feel secure by the grace of Shri Shri Ravi Shankar. He has blessed me for my music’s talent and so I am succeeding in this endeavor performing far better than before. I am also rendering devotional songs and playing bass flute in the most popular centre of Art of Living at Bangalore and I am a singer, a flutist and a lead guitarist their and perform bhajan, kirtans occasionally in Satsang. Ye sab Guruji ka kripa hai mujpar, I have always strong faith in Almighty who is all in all.  I took privilege to express all these things to you as I went through your blog.

Now I will give my view about the subject matter. I was really lost in your blog till I complete this context. It’s your kind effort and magnificent role to bring such a paramount publication. For the same, I appreciate you a lot for your marvellous work. It shows your kindness and spirituality since you are a great musician and an excellent human-being and I have immense pleasure to know about your great devotional aspect and strong faith in devotion which have been bestowing you with a powerful music. What an awesome statement “Spirituality is the Technology of Conscience” and “Technology without Spirituality is Destructive”. This statement is of very very high theme, I wish if everyone should understand this true conception, I hope their will not be any problem in this world. I got an opportunity to read this valuable info of guruji which is imparting me a practical and spiritual knowledge through your valuable blog. As I have been visiting occasionally ashram of guruji and take my pleasure to listen his soulful sermons. I love to read all 5 secrets: janam; marana; raja; prakriti; and mantra. Also it is very informative to read about mind, food and restlessness, nature. I wish everyone should read this blog and follow practically in their life. I request you to do a basic course of Shri Shri Ravi Shankar in Art of Living center. It is a wonderful course on Pranayama and Sudarshan kriya and it will give a more power to you in rendering flute and mouth organ . Our friend Nathan-bhai has also been practicing the same kriya and he is one of the devotees of guruji. Hats off to Shri Shri Ravi Shankar and a great spiritual leader of world and I extend my millions of thanks to you once again for your soulful work.

Once again, I would like to express my immense enjoyment in listening to your bass flute tune which is very soulful and spiritual.

I would request you to please go through my one of the precious blogs on Integrity a soulful power and blessing. I wonder how come a spiritual personality like you missed reading and commenting on my such blog. I composed this blog with my soundful thoughts while I was meditating. And each word is my self-composition like wise I put my effort to compose music blog. I wish you read from the link and give your valuable feedback for the same I will appreciate.

Dear Dr.Kamath,
It was a wise practical 'reminder' to re-orient ourselves to our 'real'-selves from the traps of 'maya' in our day-to-day life!
Exactly like you, I also did a basic course in 'Art of Living' in Mumbai, but though I am not an ardent follower of Sri Sri Ravi Shankar-ji, I do feel that lot of things he says makes some very good sense. I was even doing 'Sudarshan Kriya' regularly for some days, but as 'Guruji' himself implies, if we do any routine activity over a period of time , we lose its 'sensitivity' . Then we stop enjoying it and start feeling a strain! It makes me wonder whether regular routine time-structured habits are good or bad! I guess, healthy habits are good provided your mind is also fully 'conscious' of the benefits of what you are doing, while you are doing it!
The flute was soothing and blissful!
Best Regards,
S.V.Nathan.

Dear MU,

Thanks for your response. Yes. I did attend a course in "Art of Living" few years back held in Flushing, USA. However, I am not a follower of Guru Sri Sri Ravi Shankar. But many of his teachings and techniques do appeal me a lot.

Best Regards,
Dr. Kamath

Dear Dr Kamath

That's a nice discourse. I especially liked defination of the 'five secrets' and five types of 'restlessness'.  Have you attended any 'Art of Living' programme?? Are you a follower of Sri Sri Ravi Shankar? Just curious.  I think one has to realize God within...  Cheers and Regards.
