I live in Flushing, New York with my wife Lalita who is the main inspiration behind my music. It is her encouragement that helped me to learn and be proficient in music. I have a B.E. in Mech Engg. from Shivaji University, an M.S. in Industrial Engg. from New York University and a PhD in Operations Research. Music is my spiritual hobby. I learnt music on my own. I play the Flute, Harmonium, Mouth Organ and Bulbul Tarang. Among all these 4 instruments, Flute is my most favorite instrument. I also write lyrics for Bhajans and compose Bhajans based on Classical Ragas. I am a Bhajan singer and lead Bhajans at Shirdi Sai Baba Temple in Flushing. I have given live musical concerts in New York Public Libraries. I have also performed on various Indian TV Channels in New York. I have been performing in NY/NJ/CT area for last few years.
